AN ALGEBRAIC APPROACH TO NON-CLASSICAL LOGICS

In this talk I will highlight (some of) the key points in H. Rasiowa's 
approach to the algebraic study of non-classical logics, trace their 
roots into the Polish tradition, and survey some more recent
developments in the field of abstract algebraic logic that can be  
somehow connected to her work, either for being its generalizations, or 
for setting up alternative approaches to the issue of finding
relationships between logic and algebra.
