Special Issue of Studia Logica
on Recent Developments related to Residuated Lattices and Substructural Logics
Guest editors: Nikolaos Galatos, Peter Jipsen, Tomasz Kowalski and Hiroakira Ono
Studia Logica is the second oldest journal in logic, publishing continuously for 60 years. One of the distinctive features of Studia Logica is its focus on thematically organized issues, hence the large number of special issues in the journal's history. One of the next special issues will be entitled "Recent Developments related to Residuated Lattices and Substructural Logics", and devoted to recent developments in the field, as the title suggests. We have been asked to serve as guest editors. We invite submissions of papers presenting new results in the area. Any related research papers are welcome, but we list below a few focal points:
- residuated lattices, their expansions and reducts
- relations between logical and algebraic notions
- proof theory of substructural logics
- abstract algebraic logic applied to substructural logics
- algebraic and topological methods in substructural logics
- computer assisted methods in residuated structures
- non-algebraic semantics of substructural logics
- complexity of decision procedures in substructural logics
- applications
Please send your submissions to ngalatos [at] du.edu by October 30.
